Inbound Call Agent (Appointment Setter)

We are hiring part-time inbound call agents to answer calls from business owners responding to our marketing campaigns. Your job is to answer the call, ask a few quick questions, and schedule a Zoo ---------- eting for our team.

This is not cold calling. You will only answer inbound calls from business owners who contact us first.

You will use GoHighLevel (GHL) to schedule appointments and record notes.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from business owners

Follow a simple call flow

Ask qualification questions

Schedule Zoom appointments in GoHighLevel (GHL)

Enter notes in the CRM

Maintain a professional and friendly tone


Requirements

Must speak clear English

Comfortable speaking with business owners

Reliable internet connection

Quiet workspace for calls

Ability to follow a simple process

Able to learn and use GoHighLevel (GHL)


Compensation

$10 per qualified booking

$100 bonus for every contract signed from your booked appointment

What Is a Qualified Booking
A qualified booking must meet all of the following:

The business owner agrees to a Zoo ---------- eting

The meeting is scheduled in GoHighLevel

The business owner answers all qualification questions correctly

The appointment actually happens (the business owner attends the Zoo ---------- eting)
