Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Deal Finder / Property Analyst

We are a US real estate investment company looking for a virtual assistant to help find and analyze real estate deals.

Tasks include:
• Searching for properties on Zillow and Redfin
• Finding comparable sales (comps)
• Estimating ARV
• Running simple deal analysis spreadsheets
• Updating property lists
• Organizing data in Google Sheets

Preferred experience:
• Zillow / Redfin research
• real estate comps
• property lead generation
• working with real estate investors
