Virtual Assistant Needed for Credit Repair Business (Part-Time / Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing credit repair and financial services business. This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with clients via
Responsibilities:
• Upload and organize client documents in our system
• Convert documents to JPEG format when necessary
• Process and send out credit dispute letters for clients
• Send client progress updates via
• Notify clients when payments have declined
• Maintain and update an Excel spreadsheet tracking:
Client updates sent
Credit score increases
Payment declines
• Assist with managing our
Posting content regularly
Posting client score increases
Engaging with members and helping grow the group
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with credit repair or financial services is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
• Social media management
• Experience working as a virtual assistant
• Familiarity with credit repair processes
