We are building a high-performance sales engine and are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Sales Operations & Outreach Specialist to help generate qualified sales meetings for our leadership team.
This role works directly with our SVP of Sales and focuses on executing highly targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and
Role Overview
This is not a junior SDR role and it is not a traditional sales assistant position.
You will operate behind the scenes of our sales team, helping drive new opportunities by managing outreach programs and identifying high-value prospects.
You should think like a salesperson, understand how to create interest with decision-makers, and know how to move prospects toward booking meetings.
Your work will directly support our SVP of Sales by generating qualified meetings with ideal customers.
What You’ll Do
LinkedIn Account Management & Outreach
Manage and optimize the LinkedIn presence of our SVP of Sales
Connect with targeted prospects within our ICP
Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-up sequences
Engage with prospects to warm conversations and generate interest
Monitor responses and nurture conversations toward booking meetings
Prospect Research & List Building
Build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data tools
Identify Shopify and Shopify Plus brands that fit our ideal customer profile
Research key decision-makers including founders, heads of eCommerce, and marketing leaders
Email
Design and execute targeted outbound
Write personalized outreach
Test messaging, subject lines, and approaches to improve response rates
Manage ongoing follow-up campaigns and prospect nurturing
Appointment Setting
Identify qualified prospects who show interest
Move conversations toward scheduling meetings with our SVP of Sales
Coordinate and confir
Ensure smooth handoff to the sales leadership team
Campaign & Data Management
Track outreach activity and responses
Maintain clean prospect lists and campaign data
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years experience in B2B sales development, demand generation, or outbound programs
Strong understanding of how to engage prospects and create interest
Excellent written communication skills
Experience running LinkedIn outreach and
Ability to research accounts and identify the right decision-makers
Highly organized and process-oriented
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
You may not be directly closing deals, but you should think like a salesperson and understand what makes a prospect interested in having a conversation.
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS
Experience working with eCommerce or Shopify brands
Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
