Senior Shopify Virtual Assistant / E-commerce Operations Assistant

We are building a **fast-growing Shopify fashion brand** and are looking for a **highly experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant** who can help bring **structure, systems, and operational excellence** to our e-commerce business.

This role goes beyond simple VA tasks. We are looking for someone who has **experience working with Shopify fashion stores**, understands **product variants, collections, product presentation**, and can help build a **structured backoffice and operational processes**.

You will work directly with the founder and help build the **operational backbone of the company**.

This position will start **part-time** and grow into a **long-term full-time role** for the right person.

# Your Responsibilities

### Shopify Store Management

- Create and manage **product listings for fashion items**
- Organize **collections, variants, sizes, colors, and product tags**
- Optimize **product titles, descriptions, and SEO**
- Improve product pages to increase **conversion rate**

### Customer Support

- Handle **customer emails and chat**
- Manage **returns and refunds** (common in fashion e-commerce)
- Handle **chargebacks and payment disputes**

### Backoffice Setup & Optimization

- Help structure the **Shopify backoffice**
- Improve workflows and store operations
- Help create operational systems to scale the business

### Documentation

- Create clear **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for:
- Customer support
- Returns and refunds
- Product uploads
- Chargeback management
- Store management

### Marketing Support

- Support **social media posting**
- Help organize product content and visuals

# Requirements

We are specifically looking for someone who:

- Has **strong experience managing Shopify fashion stores**
- Understands **product variants (sizes, colors, collections)**
- Has experience with **returns management in fashion e-commerce**
- Has handled **chargebacks and payment disputes**
- Is **highly organized and process-driven**
- Has experience **writing SOPs and documenting workflows**
- Has excellent **written English**
- Can work independently and improve systems
