We are seeking a Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our Reddit advertising campaigns. This role will focus on building, testing, and optimizing ads that generate qualified leads for our law firm. The ideal candidate understands paid social, audience targeting, copywriting, creative testing, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
Manage Reddit ad campaigns from launch through optimization
Write ad copy tailored to different subreddit audiences
Help develop creative concepts and ad visuals
Test headlines, copy, images, and calls to action
Monitor performance and improve CTR, conversions, and lead quality
Identify new subreddit and audience opportunities
Report on results and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams on messaging and landing pages

Qualifications:
Experience in paid social, digital advertising, or performance marketing
Reddit ads experience preferred
Strong copywriting and audience targeting skills
Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making optimizations
Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly

Preferred:
Experience in legal, local service, or high-intent lead generation
Familiarity with Reddit culture and platform behavior
Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Computer: Intel i5 processor (or better) with at least 8GB RAM
Equipment: Webcam, microphone, and headset or speakers
Internet: Minimum 100 Mbps stable connection with a backup internet source

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Schedule: (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM Manila Time)

Location: Remote—open to candidates based in the Philippines
