Architect Needed for Flex and Sports Indoor Projects

We have 2 design projects needed:

1. A flex space development project (12,000 sq ft) divided into 8x sections of 1,500 sq ft each. I have architectural plans and just need some conceptual renderings.

2. An indoor sports development (105,000 sq ft) with 30x micro retail locations of 600 sq ft each. I have engineered plans from the metal building provider and just need architectural plans on the facility developed.

Wage is negotiable based on experience as is number of hours. We are fun to work with!
