Appointment Setter to make Calls

We need a highly fluent english speaking person to call new leads that come in immediately. We need to be making calls within minutes of the leads coming in. We need someone who can work from 8am EST - 8pm EST during Monday - Friday. Your role will be you calling leads that get sent to you for our window replacement company. You will be in charge of calling leads when they come in and making phone calls on a daily basis trying to set appointments.

We will pay you per appointment set. We get about 300 leads a month and typically on the LOW END a 50% set rate and on the high 80% set rate. We will pay $5 per appointment that gets set on the schedule. So that means your salary could be anywhere from $750-$1200 based on performance.
