Creative T-Shirt Designer Needed

I'm looking for a tshirt designer. You MUST:

-have experience designing tshirts
-be able to create designs to my specifications and dimensions
-speak English well enough to understand the details I will be providing about the designs
-provide designs that are 100% original and trademark free
-know how to thoroughly check for trademarks and confirm commercial use for fonts and/or images
-have the drawing/design capability to hand draw some elements when required

We will begin with a 5 shirt test. If everything works out well and the designer provides good, quality work I will provide consistent, weekly work going forward. I will pay $15 USD for the first 5 designs.

**When applying, provide:
-examples of tshirts you have designed
-how many hours per week you're available AND/OR how many designs you think you can create per week (I'm willing to be flexible for the right designer, so be honest and we can work it out)
-how you would go about searching for trademarks
-if you have experience designing for specific platforms
