We are a premier white-label SEO agency serving clients in the UK and US. We’ve built a service, but our outbound engine needs a specialized architect. We aren’t looking for a basic "cold caller". We are looking for the person who builds the outbound system and runs it.
You will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing our end-to-end outbound sales process. Your goal is to consistently generate 10-15 high-quality discovery meetings per month for our Director.
What You’ll Own:
System Architecture: Auditing our current tools and suggesting/implementing a modern stack.
Strategy & Targeting: Identifying high-intent lead lists, segmenting niches, and crafting personalized offers.
Execution: Handling the full "top of funnel" cycle: Cold
Optimization: Constantly analyzing open rates, reply rates, and meeting-set ratios. You will be expected to pivot strategies and rewrite copy based on data, not just "trying harder".
Meeting Hand-off: Qualifying prospects to ensure they meet our "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) before they hit the Director’s calendar.

The "Builder" Mindset: You have successfully set up outbound systems from scratch for other B2B or Agency clients. You know which software works and why.
Data-Driven: You don’t just report "calls made"; you report on conversion trends and ROI.
Independent: You don't need a script handed to you. You write the script, test it, and improve it.
SEO/Marketing Fluency: You understand the nuances of SEO and marketing. You can speak the language of marketing directors and agency owners. (not required)
Requirements
Experience in outbound sales/SDR roles, specifically for B2B agencies or SaaS.
Proven track record of hitting 10+ meetings/month in a high-ticket service environment.
Expertise in Sales Stack Management (CRM,
Flawless written and spoken English (UK/US market nuance is essential).
