JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to manage customer emails for our Shopify e-commerce store.

Your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries, checking order information in Shopify, and assisting customers with order updates, shipping questions, and general support.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
• Experience working with Shopify
• Experience with dropshipping stores is preferred
• Ability to respond to emails multiple times per day
• Available to work 7 days per week
• Able to carefully follow instructions and SOPs
• Reliable internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails in a professional and friendly manner
• Check orders and shipping status in Shopify
• Handle refund and return requests
• Follow our customer support guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain clear and polite communication with customers
