**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US time)

### About the Role

Tradetech helps service businesses in the United States grow using **AI-powered online audits** that analyze their digital presence and identify opportunities to get more customers.

We are looking for a **motivated and reliable cold caller** to contact trades businesses (HVAC, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.) and introduce our AI audit service.

Your goal will be to **connect with business owners, explain the value of the audit, and close sales**.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks **excellent English with little to no accent**, and enjoys sales.

### Responsibilities

* Cold call US-based trades businesses
* Speak with owners or decision makers
* Introduce and explain our AI-powered audit service
* Answer basic questions about the offer
* Close sales and record results in our system
* Meet daily call and sales targets

### Requirements

* Excellent English speaking skills (clear, neutral accent)
* Comfortable making **high-volume outbound calls**
* Sales or cold calling experience preferred
* Confident speaking with US business owners
* Reliable internet connection and headset
* Self-motivated and consistent

### Preferred Experience

* Cold calling or telemarketing
* B2B sales
* Experience calling US customers
* Familiarity with home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing)

### Compensation

* **$10 Commission pay per sale
Low ticket Item, Average Caller closes 5 sales per day, so lots of potential for upscaling

* Monday – Friday
* **10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US time)**
