META & Google Ads Media Buyer

Tripathi Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation for premium auto detailing shops across the United States. Our clients offer high-ticket services like ceramic coating, PPF, window tint, vinyl wraps, and undercoatings. We are looking for a full-time META & Google Ads Media Buyer to join our team long-term.
What You'll Do:

Run META (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns following our established SOPs — we have full documentation for setup, scaling, and troubleshooting

Own Google Ads entirely — you must be an expert who can set up campaigns from scratch (Search, Display, Performance Max, LSAs), build full campaign structures, manage keyword research, ad copy, and bidding strategies

Set up ALL conversion tracking — Google Tag Manager, GA4, offline conversion imports — so we can accurately measure ROI for every client

Scale campaigns profitably and troubleshoot underperforming ones

Work within Go High Level (GHL), our CRM — you need to understand how leads flow in, how pipelines work, and how to ensure proper attribution from ads to booked appointments

Requirements:
Expert-level Google Ads proficiency (campaign setup, scaling, tracking, troubleshooting) — this is NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are a beginner in Google Ads, please do not apply.
Proven experience with META Ads
Hands-on GHL experience
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and GA4
Strong English communication skills
Must work full-time during EST hours
Reliable internet and professional remote setup
