We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys, assist in preparing and managing legal documents, conduct research, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day legal operations.
Responsibilities:
-Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
-Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings for attorney review.
-Manage case files, document databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
-Assist with the preparation of materials for hearings, depositions, and trials.
-Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and external counsel.
-File and track legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies.
-Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of filings and tasks.
-Support due diligence and compliance-related initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
-Associate’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience in a legal or administrative setting.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.(Must speak Spanish fluently)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
