JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with current and potential patients/clients, and support business growth. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and staying current with social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with company goals

Create engaging posts including images, videos, reels, stories, and captions

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

Collaborate with staff and providers to capture educational and promotional content

Account Management

Manage daily activity across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Monitor brand mentions and online reputation

Brand Awareness & Engagement

Increase follower growth and audience engagement

Create content that highlights services, patient education, testimonials, and promotions

Stay up to date on social media trends and platform updates

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions

Provide monthly performance reports and insights

Adjust strategies based on analytics and performance data

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to promote campaigns, events, and services

Coordinate with providers and staff for educational or behind-the-scenes content
