MHI Media is a UK-based e-commerce performance marketing agency that has scaled 50+ DTC brands to 7 and 8 figures. We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team and produce high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing scroll-stopping static ad creatives for DTC e-commerce brands
• Producing a high volume of ad variations — new concepts, iterations, and format adaptations (target: 40+ creatives per client per month)
• Working from creative briefs provided by strategists — translating hooks, angles, and offers into compelling visual designs
• Creating text-heavy statics, product mockups, lifestyle-style ads, comparison graphics, listicles, and offer-led creatives
• Adapting winning ad formats and frameworks for different brands and products
• Maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Designing for multiple aspect ratios and platform specs (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1)
• Iterating quickly based on performance data and creative strategist feedback
• Collaborating closely with video editors, strategists, and media buyers
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Proven ability to create high-quality static ad creatives for social media advertising
• Strong understanding of direct-response ad design — you know what makes people stop scrolling and click
• Excellent typography skills — comfortable working with text-heavy layouts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail — pixel-perfect output every time
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
IMPORTANT: Must be able to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK hours
