About the Role:
As our Cold
You’ll work closely with our Strategy, Creative, and Client Success teams to ensure campaigns generate consistent qualified meetings and strong ROI for clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to combine deliverability, messaging, testing, and data analysis to drive real results.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimize cold
- Manage domain warm-ups, deliverability systems, and inbox health
- Write, test, and improve short-form, psychology-driven cold
- Implement frameworks such as pattern disrupts, pain-first messaging, offer positioning, and micro-CTAs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and deliverability
- Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to align messaging with client positioning and offer
- Manage and tag replies, identify qualified leads, and coordinate handoff with setters or closers
- Refresh offers and messaging every 2 weeks to avoid fatigue and maintain performance
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports for each client account
Qualifications:
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of experience running cold
- Understand
- Write concise, psychologically driven cold
- Are proficient with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, NeverBounce, and Gmail outreach tools
- Can manage multiple accounts without sacrificing quality or consistency
- Are highly metrics-driven and comfortable tracking performance like Open %, Reply %, Positive Reply %, and Booked %
- Are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a results-focused environment
Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Positive Reply Rate: 3–20%
- Qualified Meetings: 5–10 per client per week
- Inbox Health: 90%+
- Client Retention: Strong month-over-month performance improvement
Compensation
OTE: $2,000–$6,000 USD/month
Base Pay: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience
Performance Bonuses: $50–$150 per booked call above KPI threshold
Growth Path: Opportunity for promotion to Outbound Division Lead after 90 days of strong performance
