I’m looking for a Project Manager / Virtual Assistant to support operations for a mechanical contracting business. The role will be focused on project coordination, job costing, and administrative management to help keep projects organized and running on schedule. Special skills are AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track multiple job sites
• Assist with QuickBooks accounting and financial tracking
• Prepare job estimates and cost reports
• Monitor job cost and labor cost management
• Organize spreadsheets and management reports
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Provide daily oversight and coordination of field operations
• Help develop and document policies and procedures aligned with safety regulations
Ideal Qualifications:
• Technical background and ability to work independently
• Experience managing projects with a mechanical contractor or construction company
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable internet and phone access
This is a remote / virtual assistant role, and we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across projects.
