Customer Support Agent (Stone & Tile Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable customer support agent with a high attention to detail to support one of our clients who are a provider for commercial and industrial stone products. You will be working in Hubspot as the point of contact for customer support inquiries, invoicing/billing questions, and vendor related issues.

Responsibilities

- Email and phone support
- Answer questions about vendor
- Stock/inventory checks
- Creating and processing POs
- Allocating Inventory
- Identify sales opportunities
- Communicate opportunities and challenges with AM/Sales team
- Willingness to provide feedback around systems and experience
- Build out SOP library with team

Requirements

- Attention to detail is very key for this role
- Familiarity with Hubspot preferred
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams and providing feedback proactively
- Not afraid to ask questions or for help when needed
