The QAQC Manager (Quality Assurance Quality Control) is responsible for ensuring that all CORE Consulting deliverables meet established quality standards before they are delivered to clients.
This role oversees the Quality Assurance Department and implements review frameworks for deliverables such as grant applications, incentive analyses, compliance reports, and other consulting outputs.
The QAQC Manager works closely with delivery teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all work products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Governance
• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards for deliverables
• Implement structured review processes for consulting outputs
• Ensure compliance with internal quality frameworks
Deliverable Review Oversight
• Complete QAQC Analysis and Document Reviews
• Ensure all deliverables undergo appropriate review prior to submission
• Provide feedback to delivery teams to improve quality standards
• Manage, lead, and train additional QAQC tea
Continuous Improvement
• Identify common errors or quality gaps and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate with the Process & Knowledge Department to update SOPs
Required Experience & Proven Track Record
Candidates must demonstrate a proven history of implementing quality standards within consulting or technical document environments.
Required experience includes:
• Minimum 3+ years experience in quality assurance, technical review, or compliance oversight
• Experience reviewing complex written deliverables such as grant proposals, policy documents, or technical reports
• Proven experience leading review teams or QA functions
Preferred experience:
• Grant writing or government funding application experience
• Experience implementing document review workflows
• Consulting firm QA leadership experience
