Property Seller Solutions is hiring a driven and disciplined outbound lead manager to generate new real estate opportunities through proactive cold calling and database follow-up.
This is a revenue-generating role focused on outbound activity, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The right candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of calls, navigating rejection, and building rapport quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and aged lead lists
- Identify property owners’ motivation, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Pre-qualify opportunities based on company criteria
- Set qualified appointments for acquisitions team
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Follow structured call cadences and follow-up systems
- Assist in reactivating dormant opportunities in the database
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills (solid English skills are required)
- High level of confidence on the phone
- Comfortable asking direct financial and property-related questions
- Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Able to meet daily activity metrics and performance expectations and provide daily activity reports
- Prior phone sales or call center experience to U.S. clients with proven track record of success, required
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Solid remote setup - Computer, Internet, Quiet Office, Headset, etc
Performance Expectations
- 300+ outbound dials per day (subject to adjustments)
- Consistent talk time and meaningful conversations
- Appointment and qualification targets met per day/week/month
Compensation Structure
- Base pay
- Bonuses tied to qualified appointments and deal performance
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production-based environment and wants a clear path to higher earning potential. Ongoing training with elite cold callers will be provided for optimal performance based on lead type and best practices.
