Community Engagement Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quora/Reddit Specialist who excels at building an authentic brand presence on community platforms while adhering to platform guidelines and community norms. This role focuses on AEO (AI Engine Optimization)—ensuring that VA MASTERS is positively represented when AI engines reference these platforms. You will create valuable content that naturally fosters favorable brand discussions from both clients and VA candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop engaging and authentic content for Quora and Reddit that consistently meets platform guidelines
-Build positive brand sentiment and initiate meaningful discussions around VA MASTERS through valuable contributions
-Answer relevant questions and engage in discussions naturally, avoiding promotional spam
-Strategically mention the brand in ways that add value to discussions without detracting from them
-Successfully navigate and comply with Quora and Reddit's strict content policies
-Engage with both potential clients and VA candidate communities in an authentic manner
-Monitor brand mentions across platforms and respond appropriately
-Develop content strategies to influence how AI engines perceive and reference the brand
-Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on community feedback

Mandatory Requirements:
-Proven experience getting content approved on Quora and/or Reddit – essential
-In-depth understanding of community guidelines and how to add value while mentioning brands
-Ability to write authentic, helpful content that avoids triggering spam detection
-Strong English writing skills with a natural, conversational tone
-Understanding of how community platforms impact AI search engines and AEO
-Self-motivated, capable of working independently while maintaining consistent engagement

Preferred Skills:
-Experience in recruitment, HR, outsourcing, or virtual assistant industries
-Established Reddit or Quora accounts with positive karma/reputation
-Knowledge of different subreddit cultures and Quora space dynamics
-Experience with brand reputation management
-Familiarity with AI engine optimization strategies
- Understanding the difference between helpful engagement and promotional spam

Work Arrangement:
- Initial: Part-time (20 hours/week) or project-based
- Potential: Full-time opportunity after the first month if strategy proves successful
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
