We're Expedition Drenched, a YouTube adventure channel based in Cebu, Philippines, documenting life aboard two expedition sailboats as we prepare to circumnavigate through world.

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join our remote team long term.
You must be able to:
Repurpose long form YouTube content into engaging Shorts and Reels. Write captions that feel human, not corporate. Manage and grow our YouTube and Instagram presence consistently. Engage authentically with our community. Track what is working and report back simply and clearly.
You are the right person if:
You actually watch adventure and ocean content in your spare time. You understand what makes someone stop scrolling. You take ownership and don't need to be chased for updates.
