Experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper (Property Management / HOA Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who already knows how to work inside QuickBooks Online and has real bookkeeping experience, not just certification training.

Our business manages HOA and small property management accounts, so the ideal candidate has experience with:
• Property management bookkeeping
• HOA accounting
• Rental property accounting
• Multi-client bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

This role will involve reviewing bank transactions, categorizing expenses, managing invoices and payments, and producing monthly financial reports.

Responsibilities
• Categorize transactions correctly in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Record HOA dues and owner payments
• Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Correct miscategorizations
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Ensure books are accurate and clean

Required Experience

You must have real experience using QuickBooks Online, not just coursework or certification.

Please only apply if you have done bookkeeping work inside a live QuickBooks file for clients or employers.

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
• Property management accounting
• HOA accounting
• Rental property bookkeeping
• Handling multiple properties or entities

Compensation

Pay ranges from $10–$20 per hour depending on verified experience and skill level.

Candidates may be asked to complete a short bookkeeping test in QuickBooks Online before hiring.
