GoHighLevel Expert Needed for CRM Setup, Funnels, and Automation (Long Term Opportunity)

Job Overview
We are a growing marketing and media agency based in Arizona that works with restaurants, hospitality brands, and local businesses. We are looking for a GoHighLevel specialist who can help build and manage CRM systems, funnels, automations, and lead pipelines for our clients.

This position will begin with a few setup projects and may turn into a long term role managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage GoHighLevel sub accounts for clients
• Create and optimize sales pipelines
• Build funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Set up forms and lead capture systems
• Configure SMS and email automation workflows
• Import and organize client contact databases
• Connect integrations such as Stripe, Twilio, and email services
• Assist with automation for lead follow ups and appointment scheduling
• Troubleshoot issues within GoHighLevel accounts

Preferred Experience
• Strong experience working with GoHighLevel CRM
• Experience building funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Knowledge of automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns
• Experience with SMS marketing and email automation
• Experience integrating Stripe, domains, and calendars
• Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts

Bonus Skills
• Experience working with restaurant or hospitality clients
• Facebook or Instagram ads integration experience
• Funnel optimization and conversion tracking
• Snapshot creation and account duplication for scaling

Project Scope
We currently manage multiple restaurant locations and are expanding our marketing services. Initial work will include setting up CRM systems, forms, pipelines, and automations. Successful candidates may be offered ongoing monthly work as we add more clients.
