Customer Support

We are a fast growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable and friendly customer support representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in making sure every customer has a great experience.
What you'll do:

Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
Handle order questions, shipping updates and return requests
Solve customer complaints with a positive attitude
Keep track of open tickets and follow up when needed

What we're looking for:

Fluent in English (written)
Previous experience in e-commerce customer support is a big plus
Familiar with tools like Shopify, Gorgias or similar
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Good internet connection and available during agreed hours
