We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Expert, who has experience with a company doing 5million USD/EUR revenue per year, to help us provide excellent customer service to our customers.
You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. You will also provide weekly reports summarizing key customer feedback and insights to the Product Team and Customer Success Manager.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and takes ownership of customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Respond to customer
- Answer product questions and help customers choose the right product
- Assist customers with orders, shipping inquiries, and returns
- Handle complaints calmly and find solutions for customers
- Track and follow up on unresolved customer issues
- Escalate complex issues to the team when necessary
- Help improve FAQ responses and support processes over time
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Has excellent written English communication skills
- Has previous customer support experience
- Is patient, friendly, and solution-oriented when handling customers
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Has stable internet and a reliable computer
- Has reporting experience
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Gorgias
- Experience handling returns, refunds, and order tracking
Salary:
$4–$6 per hour. Compensation will be adjusted based on your experience, skills, and previous customer support work.
