Virtual Assistant – ServiceM8 & Bookkeeping Support
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing trade-based businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who is systems-focused, organised, and confident working with ServiceM8 and bookkeeping tasks.
You will play a key role in keeping jobs flowing, data accurate, and cash coming in.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update jobs within ServiceM8
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
Complete daily phone-based data entry with the Director as required
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (Xero experience highly regarded)
Track job progress and ensure statuses are kept up to date
Monitor and follow up outstanding invoices
Chase overdue payments in a professional and friendly manner
Support general admin tasks as required
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience using ServiceM8 (essential)
Bookkeeping and data entry experience
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident written and verbal English with a professional communication style
Comfortable working directly with the Director via phone when required
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience supporting trade or service-based businesses highly regarded
