Amazon FBA logistics assistant

INNELS is a full-service Marketplace Agency helping European and US brands grow and scale on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

We are currently looking for Amazon Logistics Assistant to join our team. Experience with Amazon FBA & FBM is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Amazon FBA and FBM logistics operations.
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipping plans in Seller Central.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
- Monitor FBA inventory levels and maintain healthy stock levels across marketplaces.
- Perform inventory forecasting and restocking planning based on sales data.
- Track and analyze Amazon FBA fees and identify potential cost optimizations.
- Monitor inbound shipments and resolve issues such as delays, discrepancies, or receiving problems.
- Manage FBM orders and ensure proper fulfillment operations.
- Maintain operational tracking files and reports using Excel.
- Support logistics coordination across multiple Amazon marketplaces, particularly EU markets.

Requirements:
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, specifically with FBA and FBM operations.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing FBA shipping plans.
- Understanding of Amazon logistics workflows, including inbound shipments, fulfillment processes, and inventory management.
- Experience with inventory forecasting and stock planning.
- Strong understanding of FBA fees and operational cost structures.
- Experience working with EU Amazon marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills for inventory tracking, logistics reports, and operational planning.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret logistics and inventory data.
