We run a growing digital marketing agency that helps contractors and tradespeople in the Netherlands get more leads and manage their business online. Our tech stack is built around GoHighLevel for CRM, automation, and client communication — and we use tools like Lovable to spin up client websites fast.

We're a small, no-nonsense team. We build practical systems that work, and we move quickly. If you like figuring out smart solutions without overcomplicating things, you'll fit in well here.

What You'll Be Working On
We need someone who can take GoHighLevel further than the out-of-the-box setup. Specifically:
- Building and maintaining custom automation workflows (lead follow-up, missed call triggers, pipeline management)
Setting up and troubleshooting custom webhooks to connect GHL with external tools — particularly Lovable and other web apps
- Creating reliable two-way data flows between GHL and third-party platforms
- Configuring pipelines, opportunity management, and CRM structure for multiple client accounts
- Occasional work on sub-accounts, snapshots, and white-label setup


What We're Looking For
Must-haves:

- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (not just theoretical, show us what you've built)
- Strong understanding of webhooks, API calls, and how to connect GHL to external systems
- Comfortable with JSON, HTTP requests, and debugging webhook payloads
- Experience with workflow automation inside GHL (triggers, actions, conditionals)
- Reliable communicator, you keep us updated and flag issues early

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with Lovable or similar low-code/AI website builders
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n as middleware
- Background in agency setups (sub-accounts, snapshots, SaaS mode)
- Experience with WhatsApp automation via GHL
