B2B Appointment Setter (Performance Based – Remote)

We are hiring 3 motivated appointment setters to help book meetings with U.S. business owners.

This is a performance-based role for individuals who are confident speaking on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls to businesses. The hourly is set at $1.50 an hour with a minimum of 20 hours a week. That's guaranteed pay.

Your Job:
• Call local businesses in the United States
• Introduce our services and book appointments with business owners
• Update appointment results in a simple tracking sheet
• Work independently and stay consistent with daily calling

Compensation:
• $1.50 an hour for 20 hours a week
• $5 for every qualified appointment booked
• $15 bonus if the appointment turns into a completed sale
• Unlimited earning potential depending on performance

What We Are Looking For:
• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day
• Reliable internet connection and headset
• Positive attitude and resilience to rejection
• Sales or cold calling experience is a plus
