We’re Hiring: Community Manager

Business Accelerator Program | Human Garage

We’re looking for a high-level Community Manager to support and monitor engagement, accountability, and culture inside the Business Accelerator Program led by Gil Petersil for Human Garage.

This is not a moderator role.
This is a leadership role inside a wellness organization focused on self-healing.

Members invest at a serious level to access strategy, coaching, and powerful community. Your responsibility is to protect and elevate that experience.

???? What You’ll Do

- Maintain daily presence inside ---------- & group chats
- Drive meaningful, outcome-focused discussions
- Know and engage with Business Accelerator members
- Manage technical support for Zoom sessions
- Join tea virtual sessions when needed
- Support breakout rooms & session flow
- Post clear action summaries after sessions
- Coordinate messages, requests and actions within BA community
- Reinforce accountability and execution
- Ensure members move from learning ? action ? results

???? You Are

- Organized, structured, calm under pressure
- Emotionally intelligent, emphatic
- Strong in English communication
- Comfortable holding ambitious entrepreneurs accountable
- Proactive, not reactive
- Experience in accelerators or community ecosystems is a plus.
- Strongly aligned with health and wellness principles
