About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring client systems operate smoothly. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and customer-focused, with strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using remote desktop tools
Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements, concerns, and system needs
Guide clients through step-by-step solutions and technical processes
Document issues, resolutions, and client interactions within the support system
Escalate complex technical problems to internal teams when necessary
Assist with system configuration, setup, and troubleshooting for client environments
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in technical support, help desk, or client support roles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience using remote desktop tools for technical support
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting software applications, SaaS platforms, or IT systems
Familiarity with networking basics, operating systems, and system troubleshooting
Previous experience in a client-facing technical support environment
