Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Brand Development – Food & Beverage)

We are 7 Leaves Cafe, a growing beverage brand focused on high-quality drinks and strong brand identity. We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to support our team with brand development and design projects.

This role will initially be project-based, with the potential for longer-term collaboration if the partnership is a good fit.

We are looking for someone with strong branding experience, ideally with work related to retail, food, beverage, or coffee brands.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand design concepts
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
• Contribute to brand identity development and visual guidelines
• Design materials for retail, packaging, and in-store branding
• Collaborate with our internal team to maintain brand consistency
• Provide creative input and design direction when needed

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design or art direction
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity work
• Experience working with retail, food, beverage, or coffee brands preferred
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with consumer brands
• Experience designing packaging or retail environments
• Ability to think strategically about brand storytelling and design systems
