About the Company:

Ferdinand & Co is a boutique remote finance operations firm that helps marketing agencies stay financially organized through structured monthly close and financial operations support.

We work primarily with US-based digital marketing agencies, especially agencies focused on PPC and paid media.

Our goal is to build a reliable operations system that allows agencies to stay financially organized while scaling their businesses.

We are a small team building a serious long-term company.

About the Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support outreach and administrative operations.

This role will help us identify potential clients, organize data, and maintain our outreach pipeline.

The role starts at 15 hours per week and may grow over time as the company expands.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• enjoys structured, organized work
• is comfortable with spreadsheets
• communicates clearly in written English
• is reliable and consistent
• wants a long-term remote role

This is not a creative marketing role. It is an operational support role.

Responsibilities:

Lead Research

- Research and identify US-based digital marketing agencies that specialize in paid advertising or PPC.

- Use AI tools and search methods to help generate lists of potential companies.

- Verify company information and add qualified leads to our tracking sheet.

Outreach Support:

- Send outreach emails to potential clients.

- Send follow-up emails based on our outreach schedule.

- Track all outreach activity inside our lead tracker.

- Flag replies from prospects for the founder to respond to.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain organized Google Sheets trackers.

- Create client folders in Google Drive.

- Send onboarding emails using templates.

- Track document requests and follow-ups.

- Help maintain organized operational systems.

Tools Used:

You will work with tools such as:

• Google Sheets
• Google Docs
• Gmail
• LinkedIn (for research)
• Calendly
• AI tools for research assistance

Hours

Approximately 15 hours per week

Typical schedule may look like:

3 hours per day
Monday to Friday

Some overlap with Caribbean time is helpful but not required.

Pay:

Starting pay-

$5 USD per hour

Paid weekly for the first month.

Strong performance may lead to:

• increased hours
• additional responsibilities
• higher pay over time
