AI Automation Engineer, OpenClaw and Agent Systems

7 Leaves is expanding its technology capabilities to build intelligent systems that improve operations, customer experience, and decision making across our growing café network. We are looking for a builder who can design, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents powered by OpenClaw and Claude.

This role focuses on creating practical AI systems that automate workflows, connect our business platforms, and help our teams move faster with better information.

What You Will Do

- Build and Operate AI Agent Systems
- Design, deploy, and maintain OpenClaw based AI agents that automate tasks across departments such as operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance.

- Develop AI Automations
- Create AI driven workflows using Claude, APIs, and internal data systems to reduce manual work and improve operational visibility.

- Integrate Business Platforms
- Connect systems such as POS, inventory, HR, loyalty platforms, and internal tools through APIs and automation frameworks.

- Improve AI Agent Performance
- Monitor agent behavior, optimize prompts and workflows, reduce API costs, and improve reliability of automated systems.

- Prototype New AI Capabilities
- Experiment with new AI tools and models to develop solutions for reporting, forecasting, training, analytics, and customer engagement.

- Maintain Secure Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage AI services on Linux servers or VPS environments while protecting API keys, data access, and system security.

- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT to identify opportunities where AI agents and automation can improve speed, accuracy, and insight.

What You Bring

- Strong Development Skills
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for building automation, APIs, and backend systems.

- AI Agent Experience
- Hands on experience building or deploying AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, Claude APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

- Systems Integration Skills
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms to connect multiple systems.

- Linux and Server Environment Experience
- Comfortable working with Linux environments, VPS servers, containers, and command line tools.

- Curiosity for Emerging Technology
- Actively explores new AI tools, models, and frameworks to continuously improve systems.
