Instagram DM Appointment Setter – Fluent English VA (Remote, Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our fast-growing team as an Appointment Setter on Instagram. Your role will be to engage with warm leads, build rapport, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects through messaging platforms, email, and follow-ups
- Qualify instagram leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain clear records of conversations and updates in our CRM
- Meet daily and weekly booking targets
- Collaborate with team leads to improve scripts and conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Able to work during U.S. business hours

COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary: $250/month (paid $125 bi-weekly)
- Commission: $50 per closed deal

BONUSES:
* 5 closes: $100 bonus
* 10 closes: $200 bonus
* 15 closes: $300 bonus
* 20 closes: $500 bonus

EXAMPLE EARNINGS:
5 deals: $600/month total
10 deals: $950/month total
15 deals: $1,300/month total
20 deals: $1,750/month total
