We are a growing real estate team based out of Georgia, USA looking to add to our administrative team. We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, learning based, and has great communication skills over the phone and in email. Previous real estate experience is a preferred. This person will work with our Dotloop and Top Producer CRM so experience in these programs is recommended.

Job Description:
-Maintaining the database and doing data entry
- Responsible for the processing of all real estate contracts through closing.
- Assures that all post-closing filing and procedures take place.
- Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
- Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
- Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.
- Reviews all contracts to verify the are filled out correctly and will send for missing signatures if needed.
