YouTube Channel Manager

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented YouTube Channel Manager to support and grow The Nonprofit Guy brand on YouTube. The Nonprofit Guy is a leading platform that teaches nonprofit founders and leaders how to start, fund, and scale their organizations. This role will be responsible for reviewing long-form video content for quality assurance, uploading and scheduling videos, writing engaging and SEO-optimized titles, creating strong show notes and descriptions, ensuring thumbnails are created and uploaded, and organizing playlists and channel structure. The YouTube Channel Manager will help ensure every video is properly prepared and positioned to reach nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who follow our content. The ideal candidate understands YouTube best practices, is highly organized, and is passionate about helping educational and mission-driven content grow and reach a larger audience.
