HEG, or Home Efficiency Group, is an Australian rooftop solar, home battery and HVAC sales & installation company that focuses on the Tasmanian residential market. Simpro Enterprise underpins our operations, as well as Xero for accounting, Google Business Suite for office management, Podium for VOIP/chat/text communications and Wordpress for web.
We are experiencing solid growth, which is putting strain on our scheduling and accounts team. Depending on the skills, aptitude and experience that the applicant possesses, these are the main tasks of the position:
1. Assist current scheduling tea
2. Assist the Finance and Accounts Manager with AR/AP invoice entry and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
3. Lead entry of customer details, and initial "touch base"
4. Updating of Simpro catalogue items and pre-builds when special pricing arises. (Mostly catalogues are automatically imported from our key suppliers.)
Whilst formal bookkeeping qualifications aren't required, they would be highly regarded, but significant exposure to AR/AP is requested.
