AI Video & E-Learning Content Creator (AI Human Presenter Videos)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Video & E-Learning Content Creator to help produce high-quality training videos and e-learning modules using AI video tools.

The content will support training programs delivered to clients. After workshops, videos and learning modules are shared with participants to reinforce key concepts and help anchor the knowledge.

Scripts will be provided. Your role will be to transform scripts into professional videos and structured e-learning modules.


Key Responsibilities:
AI Training Video Production
Create professional training videos using human-like AI presenters.

Tasks include:
• Producing videos using tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar platforms
• Creating AI presenter videos from scripts
• Ensuring natural lip synchronization
• Editing videos and improving pacing
• Adding subtitles
Videos will typically be short learning segments designed to reinforce training content.

E-Learning Module Development
Transform training content into interactive learning modules, including:

• quizzes and knowledge checks
• structured learning paths
• SCORM-compatible content
Modules should be compatible with standard Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Typical tools may include:
• Articulate 360
• Easygenerator
• similar e-learning authoring tools


Video Editing & Learning Experience
Improve the overall learning experience by:
• adding simple visuals or slides when relevant
• structuring content clearly for learning
• delivering clean and professional final videos


Tools You May Use
Candidates may use tools such as:
• Synthesia
• HeyGen
• Veo / Sora / other AI video tools
• Articulate 360
• Easygenerator
• CapCut / Premiere / Descript
Equivalent tools are acceptable if they achieve similar results.

Required Skills
• Experience creating AI human presenter videos
• Experience building e-learning modules
• Strong video editing skills
• Ability to structure content for learning and engagement
• Good written English
