Job Title: Credit Repair Disputer (Full-Time)
Job Type: Part-Time

Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Flexible / Daily tasks

Job Description
We are looking to hire experienced Credit Repair Disputers on a Full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of disputing credit reports and working with credit bureaus and creditors to resolve inaccurate or negative items.

Responsibilities
Dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on credit reports


File disputes with credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)


Communicate with creditors and furnishers as needed


Track dispute statuses and follow up regularly


Maintain organized records and updates for each client


Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines


Work Monitoring & Time Tracking
To ensure accurate time reporting and productivity transparency, all tea ---------- mbers are required to use the company’s time-tracking and activity monitoring system while performing work for Wolf Valley Funding Co.
The monitoring system must be installed on the device used for company work.


Tea ---------- mbers must start the timer when beginning work on company tasks and stop the timer when ending their work session.


Activity monitoring and screenshots are recorded only during active tracked work sessions.


Tracked time should reflect dedicated work performed for Wolf Valley Funding Co.


Participation in the monitoring and time-tracking system is a required condition for this role.


Confidentiality & Client Data Protection
Because this role involves handling sensitive consumer credit information, all tea ---------- mbers must follow strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
Client information, credit reports, and personal data must be kept strictly confidential at all times.


Employees may not download, copy, store, or share client data outside of authorized company systems.


Credit report information may only be accessed for legitimate work purposes related to assigned clients.


Any misuse, disclosure, or unauthorized sharing of client data may result in immediate termination of engagement and possible legal action.


Performance Expectations
To maintain service quality and workflow efficiency, tea ---------- mbers are expected to meet minimum productivity and quality standards.
Complete assigned dispute tasks accurately and within expected timelines.


Maintain organized documentation and case updates for each client file.


Meet reasonable daily or weekly dispute processing targets assigned by management.


Maintain a high level of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism when handling disputes.


Consistent performance and reliability may lead to long-term opportunities and increased responsibilities within the team.

Non-Solicitation of Clients
Employees may not directly or indirectly solicit, contact, or attempt to provide credit repair services to any clients of Wolf Valley Funding Co. outside of their authorized work with the company.
This restriction applies during employment and for a reasonable period after the end of engagement. Any attempt to redirect company clients for personal business or outside services is strictly prohibited.
Non-Use of Company Methods, Templates, or Processes
All dispute templates, workflows, procedures, and operational methods used by Wolf Valley Funding Co. are considered confidential business materials.
Employees may not:
Copy or reuse company dispute templates or strategies outside of the company


Share internal workflows or processes with other companies or individuals


Use company-developed methods for outside work


These materials remain the exclusive property of Wolf Valley Funding Co.

Requirements
Proven experience in credit repair disputing


Familiarity with credit bureau processes and timelines


Strong attention to detail


Good written and spoken English


Reliable internet connection and workspace


Ability to install and use the company’s required time-tracking and workflow tools



Nice to Have
Experience using credit repair software or dispute platforms


Knowledge of CFPB disputes and direct creditor disputes


Previous work with U.S. credit reports
