Fleet Operations Coordinator

Turn n Go LLC
Remote Position

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST

Turn n Go LLC is a growing vehicle rental company serving gig-economy drivers. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to assist with after-hours operations, documentation management, and insurance compliance.

This role helps keep our fleet organized while ensuring clear communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

Mail & Violation Management

• Organize incoming mail such as toll notices, tickets, and violations
• Review violations and determine eligibility for appeal
• File appeals with toll agencies and vendors
• Maintain organized documentation and records of violations

Insurance Compliance

• Add renters to insurance policies
• Verify renter insurance coverage and documentation
• Ensure required insurance policies are active and paid
• Monitor insurance compliance and report missing or expired policies

Fleet Compliance & Maintenance Tracking

• Maintain a tracker for vehicle registrations and renewal deadlines
• Track annual vehicle inspections and notify management when renewals are approaching
• Monitor maintenance schedules based on mileage such as oil changes, tire replacements, and service intervals
• Keep accurate records of vehicle service history and maintenance documentation

Client & Fleet Coordination

• Communicate with clients to ensure clear communication during after-hours operations
• Assist clients with documentation and insurance questions
• Dispatch roadside assistance in case of a ---------- or emergencies
• Maintain organized records of fleet documentation and client files

Administrative Support

• Track operational activity using spreadsheets and logs
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Ensure fleet documentation is accurate and up to date

• Able to work 4 PM – 12 AM EST consistently

Experience working with insurance claims, documentation, or compliance is strongly preferred.
