?? THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING — You will be reaching out to warm and pre-qualified leads provided by Stagera via email, LinkedIn, and occasional phone follow-ups. This is relationship-based outreach, not random dialing.

Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help us connect with production companies and schedule product demos with decision-makers. You'll be the first point of contact, helping potential clients see the value in simplifying their operations through Stagera.

Responsibilities
• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to warm leads (provided by Stagera)
• Qualify prospects based on industry, company size, and readiness to explore solutions
• Schedule demos for the sales team and ensure the lead attends the scheduled time
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and appointments in our CRM (Notion/HubSpot)
• Follow up promptly with no-shows or rebookings

Qualifications
• Proven experience in SaaS appointment setting, sales, or outreach
• PERFECT English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with the AV or event production industry is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Schedule
12 PM – 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)

Compensation
Base Pay: $3/hr (~$120/week guaranteed)
PLUS Commission:
• $5 bonus when the lead completes a demo
• $15 bonus if the demo converts to a paying customer

Expected weekly earnings with commissions: $150–$250+ on top of base pay, depending on performance.
