Property Deal Sourcer/Researcher (Australian Real Estate)

I run an Australian property investment business that helps clients purchase investment properties across Australia.

I am looking for a highly detail-oriented researcher who can help identify property opportunities within specific suburbs and price ranges.

Your role is to research and shortlist potential property deals based on clear criteria. (It may involve engaging real estate agents to find off-market opportunities)

You will:
• Search property listings on Australian websites ( ---------- , Domain etc.) that meet our criteria
• Filter properties based on suburb, price range and land size etc
• Review comparable sales to estimate value
• Submit deals in a structured format

Example of a Property Submission

Address: 12 Smith St, Midvale WA
Price: $640,000
Land Size: 512sqm
Type: Brick house
Estimated Rent: $620/week

Comparable Sales
10 Brown St – sold $675k (Feb 2026)
4 Lee St – sold $665k (Jan 2026)

Reason for submission:
• Large land size
• Brick construction
• Slightly under comparable sales

Requirements:
• Have strong English including spoken
• Be extremely detail oriented

Basic training will be provided.

Work Hours
Flexible.

Pay
Starting pay: $5–$8 AUD per hour depending on experience.
Potential to increase if performance is strong.
Long-term opportunity available for the right person.
