AI Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (Social Media + Community Engagement)

We are looking for a highly capable **AI Growth & Lead Generation Specialist** who can take ownership of our social media and community outreach and help drive consistent lead generation.

This is **not a typical virtual assistant role**.

We are looking for someone who has **already done lead generation through social media and communities**, understands how to start conversations with business owners, and can work independently.

Our company, **AI Adoption Institute**, helps business owners adopt AI tools to improve efficiency, automation, and growth.

We have built a complete ecosystem including:

• A business book on AI adoption
• A free AI Master Prompt Generator
• A free AI Leverage Audit for businesses
• Premium AI strategy reports and system blueprints

Your role will be to **bring business owners into this ecosystem.**

HOURS

• 30 hours per week
• Long-term role with room to grow into a larger marketing position

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Post and distribute content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
• Engage with entrepreneurs and business owners in Facebook Groups and ---------- munities
• Start conversations and respond to comments and messages
• Direct interested people to our free tools and resources
• Identify opportunities to introduce our tools in relevant discussions
• Track leads and engagement
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role is best suited for someone who:
• Has **experience generating leads through social media or communities**
• Is comfortable engaging with business owners
• Writes **excellent English**
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Understands how to start conversations rather than simply posting content
• Is proactive and takes initiative
If you have experience with **AI tools, marketing funnels, or business communities**, that is a major plus.
COMPENSATION
Starting rate:
$8/hour (approximately $900–$1,000/month depending on experience)
Performance bonuses and raises are available for strong results.
