B2B Appointment Setter| Medical, Dental & Wellness

We are a US based Technology company helping local businesses (details will be provided upon selection). We are looking for a sharp outbound caller who can engage decision makers, handle pushback naturally, and book qualified discovery calls on our calendar.

Your job is to get the right person on a short call with our team -- no selling, no pricing, no payment collection.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to local businesses within the local area which shall be discussed.

Identify and confirm you are speaking with the decision maker.

Handle objections confidently and naturally -- This is a non- negotiable.

Book 15-20 minute discovery calls on our calendar.

Log all calls and outcomes in Google Sheet daily.

Follow a provided call framework -- natural conversation within checkpoints, not word-for-word scripting.

Pay Structure:

216 PHP Per Hour (DOE) base

840 PHP bonus per kept appointment.

Weekly or biweekly pay through Wise or Payoneer.

Hours pre-approved only -- unapproved hours will not be paid.

First two weeks are a paid trial at half base rate based on approved hours.
