Are you experienced with ZOHO business systems and looking for a flexible, remote role in a fast-growing organisation? Aussie Painters Network is seeking a Digital Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our internal systems, integrations, and web-based workflows.

We support apprentices, employers, and training partners, and continuously evolve our digital systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and service delivery. Our team is collaborative, adaptable, and outcomes-focused.

The Role

In this role, you’ll support and manage low-code applications, with a focus on system integrations, workflow logic, web development support, and web-based processes. You must be comfortable understanding system logic and working with existing automations.

Key Responsibilities

System & Application Support

Maintain and update low-code business applications

Support system integrations across Zoho and external platforms

Assist with web development tasks, including forms, portals, and data-driven pages

Work with web-based workflows, user access, and data flows

Review and understand existing system logic and automations

Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements

Website development (Elementor) maintain and update websites.


Required Skills & Experience

Experience working with ZOHO business systems, integrations, or low-code platforms

Zoho experience preferred (Zoho Creator, CRM, Flow or similar)

Ability to understand online scripting logic (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)

Experience supporting system integrations and automated workflows

Understanding of web-based systems and web development

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
