About the Role

As our new Part-time Media Buyer, you will be the engine behind our clients' campaign success. You are not just a button-pusher; you are a strategic partner who thinks critically about the creative process and the optimization of the entire marketing funnel. You will start by managing a small number of clients and will have the opportunity to grow with us.

Your Responsibilities:

•Campaign Management: You will manage the advertising campaigns (primarily on Meta and Google) for 1 to 3 of our clients.

•Creative & Funnel Optimization: You will analyze campaign performance and will not hesitate to propose or implement adjustments to ad creatives and funnels to improve results.

•Data Analysis & Reporting: You will monitor KPIs, report results to the team, and translate data into concrete action items to drive client success.

Who You Are:

• An Experienced Media Buyer: You have demonstrable experience managing significant ad budgets and scaling campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.

• Commercial & Analytical: You understand that ads must generate revenue. You are analytically strong and know how to interpret data to lower cost per acquisition and increase ROAS.

• Proactive & Independent: You can work independently, take initiative, and are not afraid to make strategic recommendations that go beyond the ad platform itself.

• A Growth-Oriented Professional: You are excited to start in a part-time role with the ambition to grow with us as our client base expands, with the potential to manage 5 to 10 clients.

A Note on Our Client Base (Please Read)

Our primary client base is located in Holland, which means that the ad creatives and landing pages are in Dutch. You do not need to be fluent in Dutch. Your role is focused on the strategic and technical aspects within the ad platforms (like Meta Ads Manager) and funnel software. We believe that with modern AI translation tools, language should not be a barrier to success in this role.
