Creative Designer Photo Editing Amazon Product Lifestyle Image & A+ Content

We're Splash-N-Color A fast-moving, high-performance team. We're looking for a full-time creative designer who doesn't just follow instructions but actively elevates our brand.

This isn't your typical "resize this banner" gig. You'll be the visual engine behind 1,000+ product listings.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
----------------------------

- Hero Images: Create scroll-stopping main images that win the click on Amazon search results
- Infographics: Design clean, benefit-driven slides that explain product features at a glance
- Lifestyle Images: Craft compelling lifestyle/context shots that help shoppers visualize the product
- A+ Content: Build out Amazon A+ (Enhanced Brand Content) modules that tell a story and drive conversions
- Rapid Iteration: We move fast -- you'll be producing 40-50 product folders per week, each with 7+ images

We provide Amazon listing-ready hero images, copy, and brand guidelines. Your job: turn them into polished, high-converting Amazon-ready lifestyle & informational creatives.

- Base: $800/month
- Performance Bonus: Based on completed folders
- Paid via Wise

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
----------------------------

- Strong visual design skills -- clean layouts, good typography, color theory
- Experience with product photography editing / e-commerce creatives (Amazon preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Self-directed -- you don't wait to be told what looks off, you fix it
- Reliable communication and consistent availability (full-time, 40 hrs/week)

Bonus points if you've worked with Amazon listing images, understand what makes a "click-worthy" hero image, or have experience with 3D-printed/physical products.
